Haack offered snippets of information about her divorce on “The Flip Off,” which was filmed in the fall of 2024. In episode three, she said their proceedings had been stalled because Hall requested $3.5 million from her, and she said in episode five that she wished she had a prenup agreement with him.
Tension continued to brew between the exes off-screen as the show aired. People reported that Haack called Hall a “snake” on her Instagram story when she ran into him during dinner with Heather Rae El Moussa and Taylor in February.
Then, on March 27, 2025, Haack shared during an appearance on the “Jeff Lewis Live” show that she had seen Hall walking around her neighborhood, though he lives in Tennessee full-time.
Lewis, a guest judge on “The Flip Off,” asked Haack when she last saw Hall.
“Oh, does your ex ever wander around in your neighborhood?” Haack responded.
“I’ve seen mine twice this month on my usual everyday walk,” she said. “I literally do the same walk every day, and two times now, I’ve seen him.”
Haack said Hall was walking alone on the two occasions she saw him and that he did not greet her. Lewis asked if Hall was possibly walking in the area because he felt “nostalgic” for their time together in Newport Beach, but Haack seemed to find that hard to believe.
“So he flies all the way from Tennessee just to walk my neighborhood and then flies home?” Haack said through laughter.
When contacted by Business Insider for this story, a spokesperson for Hall said he was walking in Haack’s neighborhood because he “still has ties to Newport Beach and still visits and stays with friends in the same area he once lived.”
“While visiting, he jogs in a familiar known path for joggers,” the spokesperson said. “It’s no secret as he has posted it on his Instagram. Maybe that’s where she has seen him, but he’s definitely not looking for her, he’s just staying fit.”
The spokesperson shared that statement with multiple outlets on March 27. The same day, Haack shared a screenshot of an X post to her Instagram story that seemed to be a response, writing, “Oh, the accuracy.”
“A narcissist’s mindset,” the post read. “That didn’t happen, and if it did, it wasn’t that bad. And if it was, it’s not a big deal. And if it is, it’s not my fault. And if it was, I didn’t mean it. And if I did, you made me do it.”
