    Stamper Oil & Gas appoints Kevin Ma as new CFO and Corporate Secretary | Invesloan.com

    Stamper Oil & Gas (STMGF) announced the appointment of Kevin Ma as CFO and Corporate Secretary, effective January 16, 2026.

    He succeeds Peter Nguyen, who resigned on January 15 to pursue new opportunities. Nguyen will remain briefly to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities.

    Ma joins the team from Calibre Capital, where he served in senior advisory roles specializing in corporate finance, capital markets strategy, and financial governance.
