Robert Kelker-Kelly, the actor best known for playing Bo Brady on “Days of Our Lives,” experienced chest and arm pain shortly before his death at 62, according to a police report detailing his final hours.

The St. Peters Police Department report, obtained by Fox News Digital, stated that Kelker-Kelly’s wife, Allison Kelly, told police she picked up her husband, who also worked as a professional pilot, from Spirit of St. Louis Airport at approximately 7:30pm on Oct. 3.

During the drive home, Kelker-Kelly said he felt pain in his left arm and chest and asked his wife to pull over so he could vomit, according to the report.

Kelly asked her husband whether he needed to go to the hospital. He declined and instead requested that she take him home so he could lie down.

After arriving at their Missouri residence, Kelker-Kelly changed his clothes and got into bed. He continued experiencing pain and asked his wife to get him an aspirin, according to the report.

When Kelly returned from the kitchen, she found her husband unresponsive and not breathing.

She called 911 and began performing CPR, according to the report.

St. Peters police and the St. Charles County Ambulance District responded to the couple’s Missouri home shortly after 8 pm. Paramedics “attempted life-saving measures,” but Kelker-Kelly was pronounced dead at 9:09 pm, according to the report.

Kelly told investigators her husband had no known medical conditions and took no prescription medications. He had not had any serious injuries or had surgery in the previous year, she said.

Police told Fox News Digital that nothing suspicious was found at the scene.

“Mr. Kelly had reportedly complained of chest pain shortly before becoming unresponsive, and the circumstances appeared consistent with a medical event,” police said.
