Colts and Patriots 6-point teaser is the soccer betting play of the week at -130 odds | Invesloan.com

This football season has been a struggle for me, but I’ve gotten back to a manageable point, and I’m looking for more this week. The problem actually is that I feel like I’ve seen more games that are worth wagering on than those that stand out to me. That could be a good sign, like I’m seeing the board well.

I have one play that I think should be an easy winner with a 6-point teaser on the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots.

Titans vs Colts: -7 down to -1

The Tennessee Titans come into this game at 0-5 and 0-2 on the road. They have yet to score more than 20 points in a game, but their defense also hasn’t allowed more than 26 points this season. They lost last week in rather embarrassing fashion, falling 26-3 to the Texans. They just can’t seem to sustain drives or to get their defense to make stops when needed.

The Colts are struggling this season with a 2-3 record. Their two wins have come against the Texans and Commanders. Their losses have been against the Ravens, Chiefs, and Steelers. They took the Chiefs to overtime. The Steelers and Ravens both got whatever they wanted on offense against Indianapolis.

Last season, Tennessee faced the Colts twice, and they lost 41-20 in Tennessee and then 38-14 in Indianapolis. I don’t know that you even need to drop the Colts down, but you’re essentially giving the Colts a chance to just win the game.

Jets vs Patriots: -7.5 down to -1.5

The New York Jets have been surprisingly competitive this season. The Jets are 2-3 for the season and just 1-2 on the road. Their lone road win was against the Titans. The two losses on the road were against the Lions and Bears. In both of those games, they lost by at least seven points. The third loss came at the hands of the Packers, at home, in overtime as they lost 20-17. The fact that they’ve either won or lost two of three games within one score is a good improvement for them.

The New England Patriots struggled a bit in the early going of the season. They were just 1-2, having lost two games to the Seahawks and the Jaguars. Both losses have come on the road. At home, they’ve beaten the Raiders (last week) and the Steelers (Week 2). They’ve had a combined score of 65-20 against opponents at home this season.

Drake Maye has come alive in the past two weeks, throwing for seven of his eight touchdowns. He has also thrown for over half of his total passing yards in the past two games.

The Jets are not a team that I trust on the road, and the Patriots seem to be getting their season together. I do think the Patriots could also cover this game at the regular spread, but why bother when all you need them to do is to win by two points or more.
