Elon Musk’s Grok AI predicts that in a full bull market, XRP could rise to $4.25 by the end of 2026. While this may seem like a modest increase, it would still represent a significant return for investors over the next three months.

Perplexity AI notes interesting developments beneath the current price: activity on the XRP Ledger is accelerating, along with increased institutional exposure and network upgrades.

In August and September, active addresses surged 84% to 43,543, while daily payments exceeded 2.6 million. The rise in users and transactions gives the XRP rally something speculation alone cannot offer: measurable network demand.

Regulated demand is creeping in too. Bank of Montreal and National Bank of Canada disclosed XRP ETF exposure in fresh 13F filings, putting XRP in portfolios that manage hundreds of billions of dollars.

Evernorth launched its XRPN ticker on Nasdaq and announced a sizeable partnership with South Korea’s Meritz Securities, adding two more bullish institutional catalysts for Ripple.

Grok AI Predicts XRP Closing Above $1.50 Could Decide the Road to $3.40

The chart is beginning to show bullish signals. XRP, which fell from above $3.00 last year, has recently recovered and reclaimed the critical $1.50 level.

This situation is a pivotal test, not a confirmed reversal. Immediate support sits around $1.00; if it breaks, it could open a downside range between $0.90 and $0.75. For bulls to regain momentum, they first need to reclaim the approximately $1.10 to $1.20 range.

XRP closed at $1.51, down 8.2% overnight, after trading between $1.48 and $1.63. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) shows increased selling pressure, currently at 35.75 against a 40.64 signal line. This creates a 4.89-point deficit, indicating short-term momentum favors sellers.

Although XRP is nearing oversold territory, being cheap doesn’t mean it is ready to reverse. If it holds above $1.50 and breaks the pattern of lower highs, it would provide a strong technical foundation for Perplexity AI’s $3.50 forecast.

LiquidChain Is Betting the Next Breakout Will Not Belong to One Chain

XRP’s positive outlook largely depends on enhancing its network capabilities for payments, tokenization, and institutional settlements. LiquidChain addresses fragmentation by letting capital move seamlessly across major ecosystems, treating each blockchain as part of an interconnected system rather than an isolated entity.

LiquidChain (LIQUID) is developing a Layer 3 execution environment that connects liquidity across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Its architecture emphasizes unified liquidity, streamlined execution, and verifiable settlements, eliminating the need for developers to recreate the same product on different networks.

This approach offers a fresh perspective on the upcoming crypto cycle. If capital shifts away from established large-cap cryptocurrencies, infrastructure that enables cross-chain liquidity could play a vital role in this reassessment.

However, this opportunity comes with the typical risks associated with early-stage projects. LiquidChain must prove its viability through adoption, execution, and presale liquidity as it transitions from concept to functional infrastructure.
