The Financial Times wants to hear about companies that have transformed themselves, for the next edition of our Reinvention Champions report.
Now in its second year, the report showcases European companies that have shifted strategy, launched an innovative new product or service, moved to a new market, or even adopted a whole new business model.
Just as Nokia is no longer known for mobile phones, we want to hear tales of nimble companies that have adapted to changing circumstances or found a new and better route to business success.
Read about last year’s winners here — they included a venerable Belgian chemicals company that restructured to pursue new technologies; a British piano maker that adapted to changing supply chains; and a hospitality business that fused student housing and corporate travel.
FT readers and journalists are invited to nominate companies by September 8 using this simple online form (which takes 2 minutes to complete).
A panel of judges will then study the companies nominated and select the best examples from different sectors, naming them ‘Reinvention Champions 2025’.
This year, we invite entries from the following European sectors:
Transformation could take the form of adapting to the advent of AI or other technologies, or to political or economic changes such as tariffs. It could also encompass responding to environmental demands or shifting supply chains.
Those companies selected by the judges as ‘Reinvention Champions’ will be showcased in a report in November, which will examine their strategic shifts; what they changed and why; how they delivered; and their measures of success.

We are looking for transformations that have happened in the past three years. The closing date for entries is September 8.
