ChatGPT AI Predicts: Will Crypto Recover? How Low Could We Go? | Invesloan.com

Bitcoin (BTC) is near $77,000 and Ethereum (ETH) nears $2,260, about $1,342 below where ETH USD price was a year ago. Bitcoin’s peak of roughly $126,000 is about 60% higher than it is now. ChatGPT AI predicts that crypto won’t just come back, but will soar to new highs.

However, the Sam Altman AI bot believes that this move will take time and may come later than the bulls want. Details and the final number are listed below, giving a solid answer to the ongoing ‘Will Crypto Recover’ question from investors.

SOURCE: ChatGPT AI Predicts ‘Will Crypto Recover’

This optimistic prediction from ChatGPT comes as the crypto market has bounced strongly from the lows after the selloff following the Democrats’ win over the Republicans in the US Midterms.

Bitcoin is trading around $78,600, up +2% today, while ETH USD sits at $2,330, up +2.5% over the same period, with both digital assets leading the market-wide rebound.

Technical Analysis for BTC USD and Ethereum: Where Are the Pivot Points?

Bitcoin has been building a higher-low structure. It tested the $60,000 area in June, when traders watched the round number as price lost control, and has since recovered to the high $70,000s.

The $81,000 area remains a significant hurdle, and a weekly close above it would be my first confirmation that the base is in. A break below the $60,000 June low would invalidate the bullish case.

Ethereum looks weaker. It fell 16.1% in October and sits about 1.4% below its 200-day EMA at $2,315, with support near $2,222 and $2,170. ETH is lagging Bitcoin, which is typical early in a recovery.

A daily close above $2,315, followed by a move through $2,500, would show relative strength returning. The ETH BTC ratio is the thing to watch. A bull market needs it to turn up, because altcoin leadership is what defines a “full-blown” one.

Catalysts Beyond Price Charts: Will Crypto Recover Post-Midterms?

🚨 THIS COULD BE BAD NEWS FOR THE MARKETS. 🇺🇸

Markets are now pricing in a 78.4% chance of a 25 BPS Fed rate hike in December.

Higher rates could put more pressure on tech stocks and risk assets.

    Are investors underestimating this risk?

Macro: The biggest headwind is also the biggest potential tailwind. The Fed’s September projections put the median year-end rate at 4.1%, and the 10-year yield touched 5.20%.

The Fed has been hawkish, so any pivot toward easing would unleash pent-up demand for risk assets. Bitcoin has been shrugging off some macro pressure, which suggests sellers are getting exhausted.

Geopolitics and fiscal stress: Heightened Middle East tensions and high government debt loads strengthen the “hard asset” argument for Bitcoin, much as they do for gold, especially if bond markets wobble.

Regulation: The CLARITY Act’s Senate procedural vote failed 49–50 in September, but its failure doesn’t mean US crypto regulation has stopped moving.

Passage in a revised form would be a major institutional unlock, and one analyst argued a surprise passage could trigger a rally into the high $70,000s. Bitcoin is already there, so the pent-up reaction may be larger now.

Crypto-native: Spot ETF flows remain the marginal buyer, and cumulative inflows stayed elevated despite choppy months. Stablecoin growth also favors Ethereum, since Citi projects the stablecoin market could reach $4 trillion by 2030, much of it settling on Ethereum and its layer 2s.

ChatGPT AI Predicts That Crypto Will Recover, But Why Not Sooner?

Historically, post-halving cycles peak about 18 months after the halving, which points to October 2025 as the top. If that pattern holds, the real bottom comes around late 2026 or early 2027, followed by a long grind. I’m betting that ETFs, regulation, and institutional demand break the four-year rhythm, but my confidence is moderate. A prolonged rate-hike cycle is the biggest risk to this view.

Timing: New Bitcoin all-time high in the second half of 2027. Bitcoin: Around $150,000 by December 2027. Ethereum: Around $5,500, a new ATH, though it likely arrives after Bitcoin’s

This is a forecast, not financial advice. I’m not a financial advisor, and crypto can fall 50% or more in a cycle, so size positions accordingly.
