(Reuters) – Morgan Stanley (NYSE:)’s private equity arm said on Monday (NASDAQ:) it would sell its home services company, Sila Services, to Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
Pennsylvania-based Sila provides services including heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) for residential properties across the U.S. Northeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
