(Reuters) – RTX Corp acquired subpoenas from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) over an investigation associated to disclosures in 2023 concerning use of powder metallic in engines manufactured by its subsidiary Pratt and Whitney.
The protection contractor’s regulatory submitting confirmed on Monday that it was cooperating with the SEC on the investigation.
