    • An edited picture displaying Mark Zuckerberg with a beard has raised a whole lot of eyebrows.
    • The picture inevitably drew the eye of the Meta boss and his spouse Priscilla Chan.
    • The image has been shared extensively, with some customers failing to note Zuck’s new beard was pretend.

    Bull

The web has a brand new crush: bearded Mark Zuckerberg.

An edited picture of Zuckerberg with a pretend beard has been going viral on social media.

The unique screenshot was taken from an Instagram video posted by the Meta CEO, throughout which he introduced a brand new model of the corporate’s AI, Llama 3.

But one recreation designer discovered a unique use for the brand new video — becoming the tech boss with pretend facial hair.

Me: Bearded Zuck you must cease. Your smoked meat’s too robust. Your swag too completely different. Your open supply LLM is simply too unhealthy. they’re going to kill you

The pretend picture has proved widespread with social-media customers, with some enthusiastically sharing variations of the “hot” bearded Zuckerberg.

Some customers even took the chance to encourage the Meta CEO to develop some actual facial hair.

“Bro, grow your beard out,” one person commented on Zuckerberg’s unique submit. “I saw what it would look like.”

Even Zuckerberg himself acknowledged the pattern. After the picture was posted on Instagram by The Shade Room, Zuckerberg commented: “Okay who did this?

Zuckerberg’s wife, Priscilla Chan, also shared a photo of her bearded husband on her Instagram story, per People. “Anyone seen my husband???” she joked. “And who is that this man?”

While it’s not clear exactly how the image was altered, digital manipulation of images has become a wider concern recently, following the furor around Kate Middleton’s admission that she edited a picture of her family released by Kensington Palace last month.

As for the Zuckerberg photo, the image was shared so widely on X and other platforms that some users failed to notice it was fake.

“That bearded photograph of Zuck wasn’t actual, but it surely subtly modified some individuals’s notion of him,” entrepreneur Varun Mayya stated of the photograph in an X submit. “Post-truth period.”
