Vital Battery Metals (OTCQB:VBAMF) said that Adrian Lamoureux, effective March 31, 2025, has resigned from his position as CEO & Director of the company.
Mandeep Parmar, who currently serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors has been appointed as CEO of the company on an interim basis and will assume all related duties.
Mr. Parmar has served the company in his position as Director since inception and will focus on driving value by advancing the company’s flagship assets.
