The autopsy released for a new mother found brutally stabbed to death inside her home in an affluent zip code provides new detail into the mystery surrounding the tragedy.
Brooke Hanlon, 35, was killed inside her Chester, New Jersey, home on Pottersville Road, investigators say. She leaves behind a 1-year-old daughter. Her husband, Conor, has gone on the record denying any involvement in her death.
The autopsy was conducted by Morris County Medical Examiner Dr. Di Wang on June 7, a day after Hanlon was found dead and confirmed “sharp force injuries” as her cause of death, according to a report from NorthJersey.com.

Hanlon’s husband was the first person to find her unresponsive, according to a 911 call obtained by Fox News Digital. In the frantic call, he says to an operator, “There’s a laceration” on his wife’s body as the operator was instructing Hanlon on how to provide CPR to his wife.
