An arrest has been made in reference to the break-in of a Secret Service car parked outdoors of Naomi Biden’s residence in Washington, D.C., in November 2023.
Robert Kemp, 19, was taken into custody on Feb. 7 following an investigation into the Nov. 12 incident outdoors the house occupied by President Biden’s granddaughter within the Georgetown space, based on courtroom paperwork initially obtained by FOX 5 DC on Wednesday. The arrest affidavit, dated Feb. 6, reveals Kemp is charged with unauthorized use of a car and first-degree theft.

According to the Washington Post, the second suspect is a 14-year-old boy who was arrested and charged with three counts of armed carjacking on Feb. 15 in reference to carjackings in January and February.
